An abbey beer in the purest monastic tradition. Respectful of its glorious past, it evokes, with but a few sips, a tinted flavor typical of a benevolent large brown ale, combined with coffee bark to even better enjoy its mystical rigor.

Traditional blonde abbey beer. Thanks to the secondary fermentation in the bottle it has an alcohol content of 6.5%. The beer has a bright “Naples yellow” colour. The head is thick, creamy and long-lasting.The nose is discrete, vernal and floral with notes of vanilla and malt. Its refreshing finish is pleasantly hoppy.
